E-mail messages are received and read by Good Samaritan Hospital between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Most messages are replied to the same day; however, some inquiries may take several days to receive a response.

Medical Advice
We do not offer medical advice via e-mail. Concerns pertaining to medical diagnoses and treatments should be discussed with your physician. If you do not have a physician, please visit the Physician Referral Section of our web site or call us at 1-800-HELP-IN-5.

Patient Information
Due to patient confidentiality, we do not provide any information about our patients via e-mail. We cannot confirm a patient's condition or any details on a patient's progress. For this information, please call (845) 368-5000 and a hospital operator will kindly assist you.

Birth Certificates
If you are looking for a copy of a birth certificate for someone
born at Good Samaritan Hospital, you must contact the Village of Suffern, Birth Registrar at (845) 357-2600.

If requesting by mail, please supply the following:
-Name
-Date of Birth
-Reason for request
-Father’s name and mother’s maiden name
-Copy of photo identification
-$10 money order or check
