Attention Teens! Enter the Hal Fogel Memorial Scholarship Contest!
Good Samaritan Hospital will award a $500 Scholarship to two participants in the Good Sam Ice Cream Ride ‘n’ Stride. Whether you walk, run, or ride, if you are 13 – 19 years old, you are eligible to apply for a scholarship. Submit a 100-word essay on “What Fitness Means to Me,” with your race application by May 31, 2005.
The scholarship award is based on the two best essays, so submit your essay with your event application today! Please make sure your essay includes your name, birthdate, address and phone number. Please send via mail, email or fax to:
