Patient Representative Services provides a liaison between you, your family, our medical staff and hospital services. As your advocate, we help address issues and concerns that may arise and ensure that your rights as a patient are being met.

We can also assist you in the following areas:

  • Special Equipment for Disabled Individuals, Sign, Foreign Language Interpreters
  • Advance Directives, such as "Do Not Resuscitate Orders (DNR)", Health Care Proxy
  • Organ Donation
  • Ethical Issues
