Rockland County Safe Kids Coalition
Serving Rockland, Orange and Northern Bergen Counties

Good Samaritan Hospital is proud to be the Lead Organization for the Rockland County Safe Kids Coalition. This Coalition is comprised of health care providers, community leaders, teachers, parents and law enforcement agencies who are working collaboratively to prevent childhood accidents and injuries. Throughout the year, the Coalition sponsors and participates in local events to educate children and adults about preventable injuries.

  • Traffic incident, including children as passengers, pedestrians and bicyclists
  • Fires and bums
  • Drowning and near-drowning
  • Falls
