imaging services file room
In order to obtain your diagnostic imaging study, please contact the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center Imaging Services File Room at 845-368-5000 ext 6120. Please be prepared with the date(s) and exam(s) for the records in which you would like to obtain. Your images will be burned onto a CD and ready for pickup within one business day. Proper identification must be presented at time of pickup of your records.
Please note that a processing fee may be charged.
The Imaging Services File Room is located on the first floor of the main hospital building.
