Dr. Austin is the Director of the Total Joint Replacement Center at Good Samaritan Hospital. He has been on staff at Good Samaritan Hospital since 1994 and has served on the Medical Executive Committee. He is a past President of the Rockland County Medical Society.
Dr. Austin graduated as a Benjamin Franklin General Honors Scholar from the University of Pennsylvania and then received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. After completing his surgical internship and orthopaedic residency at the NYU/Bellevue Medical Center, he went on to complete a fellowship in Surgery of the Knee and Sports Medicine at Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital.
His expertise includes sports medicine and total joint replacement.
