Patient Representative Services provides a liaison between you, your family, our medical staff and hospital services. As your advocate, we help address issues and concerns that may arise and ensure that your rights as a patient are being met.

We can also assist you in the following areas:

  • Special equipment for disabled individuals
  • Sign, foreign language interpreters
  • Advance directives, such as "Do Not Resuscitate Orders (DNR)", health care proxy
  • Organ donation ethical issues
