Medical Staff, Observer Process

Welcome to the Bon Secours Charity Health System, Medical Staff Services Department. We sincerely hope that you have an enriching experience with us. Please make sure that all appropriate paperwork is completed as directed below. We look forward to meeting you.

STEP 1: Please Review

• Code of Conduct
• Catholic and Religious Directives

STEP 2:

• Request Form
• Confidentiality Agreement
• Health Assessment
• Verification of Orientation
• Professional Conduct Agreement
• Parental Consent (if under 18 years old)
  

STEP 3: 

• Orientation Module

STEP 4:

• If PPD positive, a Chest X-Ray report must be included
• Rubella Titre
• Rubeola(Measles) Titre, if born after 1/1/57
• Flu Vaccine administered during the season.
• Note: All Observers are required to submit 2 letters of recommendation from a non-family member.
