Good Samaritan Hospital ICU and CCU
The Intensive Care Unit and Critical Care Unit Departments at Good Samaritan Hospital are committed to bringing the highest quality of care to patients faced with medical emergencies. The units, which are divided into two areas -- Acute Critical Care and Intermediate Critical Care -- feature modern, state-of-the-art equipment.
Our highly skilled, experienced staff care for patients requiring treatment for a host of life threatening medical conditions including multiple traumas, and cardiac and respiratory failure. We regularly perform intensive procedures such as neurosurgery, vascular surgery and thoracic surgery.
The ICU / CCU Department has a large comfortable waiting area for family members and a full-time case manager, discharge planner, and patient representative to help with any issues or concerns that may arise during a patient's hospital stay.
We are located on the second floor of the hospital.
For more information please call 845.368.5000 and ask for the ICU/CCU Department. We ask that each family designate one person to call for patient updates and pass that information along to other family members.
